What a bummer, to put your heart into preparing a great meal and then your company doesn't show. Well, I love rice noodles and you can send me some if you like. In fact I will trade you. I made the BEST cajun red beans and rice last night (I like to put shrimp with it) and if you send me some noodles I will send you some of that. If it were summer I would have BBQ ribs for you but alas I am stuck with kitchen cooking now.
