I like Stephen King also. I've read many of his books and I suspected he was a boylover long ago. Of course one can't know for sure, but he does seem to have many books with a boy character in them.

I was extrememely pissed with what happened to Jake in the Dark Tower series. I had devoted many many years in that series, anxiously awaiting each new book, which sometimes took King years to finally write. I had developed quite a fondness for Jake, and his ultimate fate was totally unneccesary to the plot line. I had anticipated Roland being the one who died and Jake taking over for him as the Gunslinger. I read somewhere that King said he knew people would be pissed with Jake's fate, but he said that books sometimes write themselves and all he can do is put it down on paper, which I think is total BS.
