Strangely enough, I've been totally taken up this week with watching youtube videos of young George Li who started his career as a pianist at a very young age indeed. He is now only 15 or 16 and is already a seasoned pro. His playing is of a very rare quality - not just fireworks - although he has a phenomenal technique - but musicality too to the highest level. He has just finished learning Beethoven's 4th concerto and has performed it twice and both performances are available on the net.
If you like good piano-playing and you havent been introduced to George Li he has his own youtube channel and there are literally hundreds of pieces that he has performed since about the age of 7. He's also a very endearing and inspiring person to watch play: wonderful style and nothing of the excessive showmanship of, say, LangLang.
