I'm familiar with the program. LE teamed up with Perverted Justice to set up the stings. I'm not sure whether or not it goes too far. That would depend on if the "minor" waits for the adult to get inappropriate with them or if the "minor" actually entices the conversation to head in that direction. In any case, they stopped doing the tv show because so many cases were thrown out of court. One noted politician or procecutor (can't remember which) even commited suicide after getting caught in their trap.
