I love to read an unfortunately I don't read very fast. I would borrow books from the library but they would be over drawn by the time I was through with them normally. So I buy my books, usually paperbacks on sale for cut-rate prices if I can. However, my small apartment has been filling up with books over the years and I am sick of the clutter. I got one of my tax returns back and did the thing I have promised myself I would do...I bought myself an Amazon Kindle. I just got an email saying they are shipping it and it will come sometime this week. YAY! I already have a small list of books in my wish list and have already given away a big box of paperbacks. Man, it's incredible how many books I have acquired over the years, but now I can have my books on this new device. I won't be buying any books that I have already read, of course, but from now on my library is going to take up a lot less space. Ah technology, sometimes it can really be a good thing. Anyone have any suggestions for some good reads? I do plan to purchase a Bible for my Kindle. That thing holds up to 3,500 books! Amazing.
