I think you're totally right on that one. God is not a micro-manager, he doesn't intend to tell you every single time you are to do something, he expects you to take initiative yourself; he only seems interested in stepping in for the big things. God fills our lives with opportunities to do good things, to be his hands and feet in the world around us daily.
