This time it's a very heavy going bot-netted Distributed Denial of Service attack, probably focused on another BL site on the same server that is sort of the Nambla of the Netherlands. This organization has been much discussed in the press in the last month or so after the arrest of its chairperson for his unconcealed vast archive of material alleged to be child pornography (case still before the courts). Much material of this nature was formerly legal and widely distributed in the Netherlands. The website in question has never been associated with illegal traffic of any kind and, as has been revealed, has received much police surveillance that has verified this. The Dutch justice ministry recently declared that there was no basis for considering it a criminal organization or for any sort of prosecution.
