It's not at all Christian or BL related... it doesn't focus on "types" of porn at all and is morally neutral.

If you look at their 6 part youtube it explains the dynamics of how porn effects your brain.

It also gives some good strategies of getting off porn addictions.

Primarily it suggests that a period of abstinence will break the addictive cycle.

I highly recommend this site.
