It is hard to find it on the Internet, so I menaged to upload it as a txt.

I'd like to share it with you, I'm sure it is right if we share it, as it can be important for you, and am sure the author himself would like us to do so.
Maybe it will do good to you, at least more than how it did to me.
After all I did to get it, it could be all wasted away,
but if you only care,
if only one of you cares about it,
can be cured by it,
and healed,
then it was not wasted.

I was not able to turn it into a good eBook, if someone will be able to do so, just use the txt file.
Maybe it contains some errors, it comes from original scans from the book, through OCR technology.

If there's some major error, that causes incomprehension of the book, just tell me where it is, and I'll fix it. I corrected most of them I think, though.
If it comes to be deleted from the hosting site, send me a mail and I'll attach it directly to you.
