part of the problem is ive been behaving in this set of behaviours when interacting with boys that it's second nature to me. it's a set of hard ingrained habits and i dont necessarily notice that im doing these negative things, even sometimes after the fact.

i do believe i can do it though or otherwise i wouldnt try. it's just going to take a while to really change my habits, my ways of thought, and my behaviours.
