Sorry to disappoint you, but while I am not a father myself, I know several boy lovers who have sons.

Having said that, I do believe that many boy lovers have a deep desire to have a son. But that doesn't account for the entirety of their BL feelings.

What's perhaps slightly more interesting than that is that the BL fathers I know still desire and/or pursue a YF. The love for their son is not able to fill that need, even though I would think that it should.

I agree that God often puts desires in our heart that are in line with his plan for our lives.
