None of the major ones do (msn, yahoo, aim or skype).

They all use an intermediate server to communicate in order to avoid issues with people behind a router (most people these days).

Some of them may set up direct connections for file transfers, voice or video chat but I would hope if you are chatting on video or voice or anything like that, you trust the other party by then enough to not care if they know who your isp is.
