No one is promoting deception at all, let alone self-deception.

No one is promoting lying.

No one is promoting a lifestyle of fear.

I live a full, fulfilling, and happy life. I do not live in fear. Nor do I spout off my sexual orientation willy nilly. Choosing discretion when it comes to what you do and do not say is not only a good idea, it is backed by scripture:

Whoever keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps himself out of trouble.

Whoever guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.


I don't make my sexual interests public knowledge any more than anyone else does. It's rarely anyone's business.
