I am involved with a music project that includes adults and teenagers of all ages. We have one teen who just graduated High School and who is a particularly talented and knowlegable musician but who is slowly revealing himself to be a bully. In particular, there is another boy of about 15 who he is continually being nasty to and likes to "push around". Not physically but verbally. And I know that the younger boy really looks up to him as a musician, which makes it worse. I'm really starting to get sick of it and I am sure if he does it one more time I am going to take a stand with him and say something to him. I have a real problem with bullies. I'm not sure what he will do...he might quit the program, which a lot of other people will not like at all. But I just can't stand bullies man. I was bullied for most of my childhood and even at times as an adult and I have sworn to myself that I will try to stop it whenever I see it.
