I think the 10 year old boy he mentioned is only referring to that specific boy. I highly doubt it was to imply that every 10 year old boy has enough maturity to handle sexual responsibility. I have known boys between 10-14 that are very mature and demonstrate very mature ways of thinking. While in contrast I have known 18-20 year old "men" that act so irresponsibly their actions would have you think they were 7 or 8. I think the bigger issue is trying to group everybody into one category or another. BLs are grouped in with all violent sex offenders regardless of their unique situation. I think the point of "The biblical truth…" was not every boy should be regarded in the same manner, all lumped together as immature and incapable. While we can't be sure, we are lead to believe we are judged individually, which means a BL in a consenting relationship would be judged by God according to the standards we interpret from the bible.
