I know I am a pedophile and that is why I fall in love with certain boys. (Ok I know that's not really an explanation, rather a statement).

The thing that I don't understand is, why do some of those boys love me back? Some of them have seemingly happy families with both parents, good incomes, friends, etc. If they have it all, why do they form these strong emotional attachments with me?
