As Jesus had both the nature of Deity and the human nature without mixing, yes he is different from both the Father and the Holy Spirit. However, the Scriptures speak of the Holy Spirit being grieved. And in the Old Testament, the Father is described as having emotions of different types as well. The Holy Trinity is not merely an emotionless force. Jesus wept in both his human and his Divine nature.
