Truly beautiful.

We might feel broken by our burdens. But we must remember, that Jesus fell under the weight of his cross - more than once. Let us submit to God our deformed selves as an offering to Him.


You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it;
you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings.
My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart
you, God, will not despise.
(Psalm 51, 16-17)


We know we aren't perfect. Far from it. But by giving "the complete file on us" to God himself and trusting Him with our lives, we can live by His love.

At that point, we can embrace the life in His light. Our trust in His love being the main motor of our thoughts and actions. And the song of His glory on our lips.


But I am like an olive tree
flourishing in the house of God;
I trust in God’s unfailing love
for ever and ever.

For what you have done I will always praise you
in the presence of your faithful people.
And I will hope in your name,
for your name is good.
(Psalm 52, 8-9)
