It's a little odd that you say many people who commit paedophilia are not paedophiles. Right, so if I decide it would be a great day to go shoot up a mall do I get away with it too? Maybe I'll say I was abused as a child (that's a great excuse not limited to paedophiles) maybe I'll say I have mental issues and I didn't take my pills. It's all excuses, there is no grey matter in this area, whether it be paedophiles or killers, no one no matter the excuse is above the law
