Has anyone else seen this movie? It almost advocates for BL. The amount of positive press around this movie may be signaling a change towards the BL community. Granted the movie takes place in 1983, but still, it is being well received as a romance movie. I haven't heard any negative press about it despite it clearly being about a man and a 17 year old boy having a sexual relationship. Moreso, they depict the love scenes so that you fully understand that this man is having sex with this boy. They address the illegal nature of their relationship, and the man even mentions how he was afraid the boy was receiving him, so he kept his distance.

I truly think this may demonstrate that BLs aren't evil.
