Hi Keith, Welcome to CBF. I think as you hang around you will find a wide variety of opinion on the boylove boards as to what is appropriate behaviour with minors. While it is true that this board tends to have consensus on a no-sex stance for BLs, this is far from the general opinion of the online BL communities. In fact, some BLs are advocating for the lowering of the Age of Consent laws, others believe that consensual relationships with teenagers are appropriate, still others believe that the only thing holding them back is an oppressive justice system. I think to refer to "True BLs" diminishes the wide spectrum of these communities. We at CBF use the BL label, but I don't think that our ideas are representative of all BLs and I respect the fact that some people use belief and value systems that are different from my own. This doesn't neccessarily make them less of a boylover. Generally speaking, there is agreement that boylovers do not participate (at least knowingly) in the coersion, abuse and manipulation of minors. Peace of Christ, Bach |
