Does your wife know about your attraction to boys? How did she discover? How did she react? One of the issues for us is how and when to tell those around us - the more we hear of positive (?) outcomes, the more we may learn about when we are wise to speak. I've never volunteered the information except once - though circumstances mean that there are a number of people around me who do know where I'm at, and in retrospect I'm pleased that that is the situation. (My favourite response is from a 16 year old who, when told by his mother in my absence said: 'O, poor chap'. Boys aren't just physically beautiful!!) |
