you have with your YF's friends - really great. What's your YF's take on you - does he realise where you were at with him in the past, or is it just undefined? Your points about the contrast between BL and alcoholism are also interesting - one of the parallels my church was trying to work with, leading to the logic of total abstinence from boys on the logic of the dry alcholic. Fortunately God organised things differently and my present YF and others arrived by God's arrangements, and eventually the church came to accept that this wasn't the way forward. So your comments are excellent. |
