There's no winning this argument. Every person has their justification for their beliefs. "Well, what the orginal Greek actually means is..." when we don't even know since we weren't there. How can we question what the scribes wrote? They're no longer with us. However, the Holy Spirit is still with us. I'll take what knowledge and inspiration He gives me. And I don't think God would have us doubt His Word -- I think He is quite powerful and sovereign enough to make sure that it comes down to us in a way that we don't have to question without having to all be scholars who finally dig up the truth of it. As I've said a few times before, I have no argument on this issue. Speaking for *myself only*, I'll take the verse at face value. Not that I have anything against homosexuals -- but for myself, I will try my best not to encourage that part of my sexuality -- not because either side has a weaker or stronger argument, but just because there is no place in the Bible that encourages homosexual behavior -- it's always shown in a bad light.

Perhaps it would be better to discuss the verses that say homosexuality is good and healthy and holy. Is that even possible?
