I've found the problem with RDC though. Win98 has three parts to its javascript application where Win95 only had two. On 95 you could just turn them on or off at your leisure while, with 98, if you want certain types of javascript you have to find a certain combination of the three applications instead of just turning them all on. What was weird that I didn't even have to do anything to my home computer and it was already set. But I'd been trying to post from work and it wouldn't do anything. It helped me get rid of some really annoying, persistent "inevitable" features on the desktop. Fifteen minutes after setting up Win98 on my home computer, I had already totally redesigned the desktop so I didn't have anything annoying to worry about. :) Sooooo, how have you been doing? |
