CBF is always going to have an uphill battle
in explaining itself to outsiders. That doesn't mean, of course, that
the battle isn't worth fighting.

I do wonder, though, if there is a battle. Do we have to defend ourselves? We understand our own jargon, if anyone who comes here is not willing to try to understand us, will any amount of talk make them change their mind?

Or is that being unnecessarily cynical?
