GCFBoi, Keep in mind that I haven't read most of the board yet when I post this to you... I think you belong here... God sent you to CBF to give a fresh, new perspective on how to be a Christian BL. I agree with most of your viewpoints, if you are looking for people who agree with you. There are several others, too, but most of them aren't posting regularly right now. I think that this board has a tendancy to magnify the "conservative" side and minimize the "sexual liberation" side due to the fact that the "anti-sex" stance is more clearly articulated here than at BoyChat. The fact is, there are BLs both here and at BoyChat that believe the same things about both perspectives. What really gets Jim's goat, though, is the fact that most folks here believe what they do because they were "indoctrinated" by religion. You have an important role to play here. You have been doing that well. I guess you didn't get the feedback that you were looking for yet... but don't expect everyone to agree with you about everything. Did you read my post to Heather about how I am Webmaster of this board, but my theology is way too liberal for almost all the posters here? Stick around. Offend people. Talk about the issues that are important to you. If people continue to respond to your posts, chances are you are making them think. That's what it's all about. Peace of Christ, Bach |
