I think you're making artificial distinctions. But I'm sure I don't need to explain that.

You should move, as I said in the subject line. If you live in a place that artificially makes illegal a sexual relationship with a 16 y/o, a person with an obvious natural right to make his own choices, then you really ought to go some place where your needs and desires can be better met and where you can have the legal chance to make a real difference.
