| It's all in the definition. In one part of North America, a 14 year old can give consent, in another a 17 year old can't. Now I don't happen to think that speaking French makes you more able to decide about having sex while you are young (j/k); different cultures have different views. There is no objective standard presently defined; please defend your use of the word rape to the youth lover of Quebec with a 14 year old as a sexual partner, when it isn't in his jurisdiction. |
