Ford, I can't think of a way to say this nicely, so know brother, that I am expressing concern.
What are you talking about? This message seems out of context, is there something you need to talk about? You know that you don't need to be secretive, and you also know that if there is something you need to share, we will listen.
What in your life prompted you to make this post? Is it something you would like to discuss privetly? Say what you need to, so that it can come out.
