The physical touch

I just got back from another visit with my YF. The boy and I are very close and our affection toward each other is very open. We always sit with my arm around him. He's now taken to holding my hand while we sit there. It's a wonderful feeling. And I find it magnificent to have someone with me who will hold my hand and make me feel loved. (Please don't go into boy worship... I don't worship him. Just value him very much.) And I find it very fulfilling to sit with him and just "be." Sort of like sitting in the presence of the Lord. What do you all thing? Do you have a YF where you just sit with and "be" as I like to call it? What does it mean to you? Is it as much as an encouragement to you as it is to me? Huck |
