Your sins are not those of hatred or malice, but of love perhaps misplaced or inappropriately expressed. If any sin is forgivable, surely that sort of sin must be. Try from this point on to be celabate with boys, but keep the love for them, the friendship, the mentoring, the guidance you can give them. the world is full of lonely and neglected boys, boys who wear a mask of toughness to hide how they are hurting inside, boys that are desperate for an adult who will care about them, particularly a man who will care. You can do all that, just keep it in your pants. |
