Perhaps you need some time for yourself. It sounds to me that you're about to, if you haven't already, suffer from burn-out. If you can't take a vacation, develop some hobby just for yourself. I belong to an international group and members are always volunteering for too much, so you're not alone. Learn to say "no" for at least some of the less important matters and say "yes" to yourself. |
