I am not sure if this is in reply to what we talked about before or not, but it seems related so I thought I would reply. Of course desire for any sin, sexual or otherwise, carries with it implicit evil. If you love God then you must hate sin. That is said throughout the Bible. What does it mean to hate sin? Can we desire something and hate it at the same time? I think not. It's primarily used as an excuse for relief, and is something I try to avoid. However, desire should not be confused with inherent(natural) or demonic temptation. The Bible reminds us often that we are still in "the flesh" in this life. We are going to be confronted with a body which includes many natural animal instincts that we must overcome. Acknowledging these instincts is, in my opinion, very important. They are not sin, but can lead to sin if we let ourselves be ruled by them. If your nature tells you to have sex, then is the victory not so much sweeter when you don't? So, I agree that sexual desire carries uncleaness, but it is important that we seperate desire from nature. Desire to sin can and must be conquered through God. Nature is something that can kill you before you kill it. It may be part of your victory to have it and God may not want you to lose it. It is like telling God, "Please never let me be tempted again so I don't sin." If God wanted drones he would have made them. These natural urges are part of what make us human and conquering them are what make us more than human.
