Hi Splash, I just couldn't go on to another post without saying a BIG AMEN!!! to your statement about the dark side and satan's (imitation) magic, and also the power of the Holy Spirit, the true power of God which is found within His love!!! AMEN to that, brother!!! I have never indulged in the black arts (thank God!), but I have known people who have, some quite deeply-sadly to say. It is so hard to get them to see the light of truth when they are wearing the Devil's blind-fold like the occult. I cannot comment on Harry Potter because I have way too much to read already to even try to read any of those books. But from what I have heard about them, I doubt I am missing too much and C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien probably have nothing to worry about. Love in Christ Jesus, Chris |
