as a Christian, i am turned off by a lot of the things the entertainment industry offers us, so i tend to watch more innocent movies such as the black-and-whites of the past and lots of family/children's movies -- but sometimes i wonder how much i'd enjoy the latter if i weren't also a boylover in addition to being a Christian?

also, one rule i go by (tho not always) is if it's not fit for a child to read/see/hear/do then it's not fit for me to read/see/hear/do. isn't it ironic that many things are labeled "for mature audiences only" when it actually takes a great deal of immaturity to enjoy them?
