There can be real relationships with boys

even if you are known as a BL; I spent many happy hours last week cuddled up to a boy reading him 'The Horse and His Boy' from the Narnia series. The boy is the son of some university friends who know that I am a BL, and despite that chose me as his Godfather... As he lives a LONG way away, I don't see as much of him as I'd like to, but there CAN be acceptance.

And as one of those heavily involved in the flame war that distracted us from responding as you deserved to your post, I can only add my own apologies. I vaguely remember reading it, feeling an inability to respond meaningfully and moving on. Which wasn't helpful or fair on you, but reflected my own failure to remember the need to respond to such personal revelations, without 'having anything to say'.

On a more practical level, it looks to me like you need to find a way forward on the fellowship issue; one thought that crossed my mind would be for you to contact as many churches in your area that you would have confidence in via an anonymous email, explaining your situation and inviting them to respond. If they run screaming, or fail to respond, you can ignore them in the future. Then see what those that do respond want to offer. If nothing turns up, then there is a strong case for leaving the area entirely, and looking to move to an area where there are churches that would be prepared to support you. And it is clear from the quality of your posts that you have a lot to offer any church you became a member of.

Here's hoping that you find some way in which God will provide you with the fellowship we all need.
