The following statements seem clearly insulting and inflammatory to me. I don't see how making them is productive or Christ-like. There is a concern for the individual's dignity - even of a criminal - that is wholly lacking in the Koran. Let's be clear - either the Koran is a deception, or the Bible. ...the only reasonable explanation is that the Koran has the validity of 'Mein Kampf' - the self serving ramblings of a political leader who was an extremely competent politican in his time, but whose ideas are fundamentally evil, and probably inspired by evil spirits. (In the case of the Koran probably the demon that had been worship in the Black Rock of Mecca for centuries) You've been had.... BTW, there is much in the Old Testament (and some of Paul's writing) that seems to condone brutality and hatred. I reject those parts of the Bible, but do not therefore reject the whole Bible as a deception. (It is getting off the subject, and I may sound heretical to some people here, but although I consider myself a Christian, I do not consider the Bible to be the infallible word of God.) Mark |
