If God is outside time and space, and if He is the Creator of all time and space (as I believe He is), then He is also the reason for all truths we've come to know through science. This would make Him the Truth of truths -- the Truth above all truths. Just as He is also the Lord of lords -- the Lord above all lords. And the King of kings -- the King above all kings (cf. Deuteronomy 10:17, Psalm 136:3, 1 Timothy 6:15, Revelation 17:14, and Revelation 19:16). He created them all, and He sustains them all (John chapter 1).
