Keep a pad of paper and small pen or pencil in your pocket. Each time you give in to your thoughts to take that extra long lustful look, make a mark on your pad of paper. By the end of the day, you may have 30 marks or more. The next day, do the same, but this time, try to get less marks than the day before. And the day after, try to do even better. After awhile, it starts to become a habit not to dwell on your lustful thoughts. You may get down to three or four marks a day -- even less. Also, this keeps your focus on God, because you'll need His help to make you strong. It's very similar to being in constant prayer. Try this. I hope it helps.
