We can't beat ourselves up. We really can't. IT gets us discouraged and this and that and Satan has won. The first thing he hits us with his is the temptation. Then the lust. After that comes guilt or actions. And if actions come, then the guilt comes after that... and the whole cylce starts again. IiB, don't worry man. Temptation and sexual attraction is no sin. However, yes, lust and taking actions on that lust and temptation is. Thinking about how nice it would be to have sex with a boy is something that people who are attracted to boys can help. However, deciding to meditate and keep that thought in our mind is something we have to be careful about. Best thing to do is to tell Satan to take a hike and immediately ask God to focus your mind. That's exactly what you did. I commend you on that. But keep doing it. It's easy to say, HEY, God's not helping me.... but when you ask him, he is. It's just that there's another temptation in your life. Kind of like a recovering drunk going to a resturant. The temptation is going to always be there. Drinks are all over.
