Hi coffee kid, I really value your honesty! People who are Christians are required to repent and ask God for forgiveness & this includes sexual sins. Only with God's help can any progress towards sexual health be achieved. God has provided emission to relieve sexual urges (nocturnal & spontaneous). Masturbation also relieves sexual desire, however when it is accompanied by fantasy lust over a period of time, the fantasies will frequently be acted out and sin will result. Jesus also said not to look at others and lust after them, so a Christian needs to repent of these fantasies. Having said all this, my personal progress has been slow towards sexual health, even though I have spent many years asking God to heal me from the attractions that I experience towards teenage boys. However if I stop I will slide back to seducing boys which is sinful and ends in spiritual death and hell. Pray and continue.
