This message is longer than the one's I usually post, but I just felt the need to write to you. God loves you and so do I. I've copied and pasted some of your questions so that I could hopefully help answer some of them for you.
1)Do you guys ever get discouraged? Yes, I think we all do.

2)I'm suppose to be a "new creation" I have the Holy Spirit living in me (so Im told) but I still have these "unholy sexual desires" how is that possible?
The Bible clearly tells us that the flesh and spirit work against each other. Gal 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. It is up to us to follow the correct lust.

3)Or am I just some f@#%$d up freak?
NO YOU ARE NOT. YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD!!!!!!!!!!

4)I've asked him to make me straight! and he hasn't! I've asked him to make me attracted to adult not kids! But he just want to listen!
First he is always listening for the cry of his children. It's just that he his on his time not ours. He always answers, it just may not be at the time we want or the answer we want. His answer will always be one or the other Yes, NO, or Wait awhile. He may want you to use your desire for young boys to help them. Don't pray for God to take your desire away just pray that it not become your obsession.Pray for God to become your obsession. I have an 11 year old boy that I mentor, I see him on a daily basis and I know that God wants me in this boys life, because his mom tells of the difference I've made since I started seeing him and also I know that it helps me to overcome some of my insecurities.

Now that I have answered the questions let me point out a few other things. When we as Christians refuse to forgive ourselves of our sins, this is called Spiritual Pride. God has forgiven us as soon as we repent, we must do the same. If God does not hold the sin against us, why should we hold it against ourselves? Satan will try to get you into condemnation, but we have the promise of Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. I hope that this will help you to forgive yourself, and that it will help you to grow in your faith and desire to please God.
Love in Christ,
drew
