Part 2 I too have ask God to change me with no result. I don't know why either. Regardless of our sexual prefrences lust is the problem though. If a person lust after women or men don't matter really. What we must control is our lust or desire. It begins with our eyes and what we look at or take into our minds. Its when we take it to a degree of passion that gives us the problem. Brother u are a new creation in Christ but u still also have the sin nature u were born with. That is why the battle goes on in our minds. The old nature against the new. But be asured that we have the victory in Christ. The struggle will go on and u will lose a battle but the war has already been won. PRAISE GOD!!!!!! Don't give up brother. Every breath is a new beginning. Pick yourself up and press onward. Don't listen to the enemy. The devil is a roaring lion seeking whom he may destroy. Brother we will fail. We will do things we don't want to do. If we could do it on our own strenth Jesus would never have gone to the cross. Rejoice that u are a new creature in Christ. You have the victory. DON'T QUIT!!!!!! PLEASE A great big hug...... |
