I was about 17 or 18 I guess. The only help it provided was the relief of actually telling someone else. This doctor was apparently well know for dealing with sexual disorders. He was very receptive and not judgmental at all. I told him how I had worked out how to control my tendencies. Little things that I did, to keep in control of my thoughts. Basically, he treated me like I was quite well off already, and there wasn't much he could do to further help me. We were just about to go into hypnosis before I moved and stopped seeing him. I asked for it, because I really wanted to know if I was every molested as a child. That fact would make things SO much easier to understand. That one little fact would take a huge weight off my shoulders. Honestly, I don't think I was, however. |
