I agree with you on this, but I think I mentioned somewhere that agreeing a form of repayment with his Dad might be the best option. He gets an allowance, which his father gives him everyday $15.00, maybe withholding that & certain other privaliages, may work. Personally, theres nothing Ginger can do for me except perhaps stop making out to his local friends that he doesn't like me. That's already caused him grief cause his friends respect me & that looses credability with him. Rattata's reaction the other day said it all (my partners 14yo son), he told Ginger that he didn't want to speak to him after what he's done. A close female af of his also was shocked by whats happened & my gf is also good at telling people things, or spreading gossip. So he won't be popular around home for a while. I don't live at home & I haven't seen Ginger for over 2 months now & only once since this thing began back on June 1, 2002. I still want to meet up with him for a long talk.
