...he is not God the Father... It is my belief that the following verse refers to Jesus as the Father God; however, without going into a debate, I would be interested in hearing your take on it: "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father [NWT: "Eternal Father"], The Prince of Peace" (Isaiah 9:6).
