Hi Splash, I think that would probably work just fine. Your idea for jamming, I mean. I'm definately game for it. One of my best friends here where I live is a computer wiz, and he is also my guitar jamming buddy who loves Jazz. I'm sure we could rig up something. Hey, I'm excited!!! I've been practicing pretty much every night for a whole year now (what else can a poor boy do?) so my chops are getting much better and my fingers are getting much faster too. You know, I had better get my e-mail straightened out because I'm beginning to feel a little guilty doing this kind of stuff at CBF. Although I know that God has certainly blessed us with music and the love of music, perhaps we had better talk about it in a more private way...I don't know. Anyway, yes I am pretty sure Stevie and Jimmie did do some touring together the same year that Stevie died. You know, the world really lost a great man as well as a great musician when he went to be with the Lord. I am still convinced that he was a child of God when he died. A.A. can tend to lead a person to Jesus when all other avenues have failed, and I am sure that was the case for Stevie.
