I dont see a meta forum, so Ill post this here. I have a couple of feature requests for this forum. These are things that the forum lacks that I think would make things simpler for us. 1. Automatically including your email address when you post. This could be done similar to how sigpics are typically done. When you post with your registered nick and password, it would be nice if your email address were added automatically (of course you should have the option not to include it, just like with sigpics). This would save us the hastle of having to type our email address every time (which is actually such a hastle that I choose not to type it 99% of the time). 2. Deleting your own posts. With your password, you should be able to delete your own posts and replies. This is particularly useful if you forgot something when you posted and want to fix your post, or if you posted something that you later regret. 3. A homepage field. This should work just like the Link URL and Link Title fields except that once set, it should be automatically appended to all your posts just like your sigpic (and your email if you choose to implement my first suggestion). |
