M This is the most encouraging thing I have read in months, if not years. To see your son witness so powerfully after such an awful event is simply the Grace of God at work. I especially liked the way he spoke with out knowing what he was saying - straight out of the NT, where Jesus said that the Holy Spirit would give us the words. Needless to say, this has made me realise just how hopeless I am at witnessing to others, yet I have known the grace of God in my life time after time. I was wondering whether I could use what you have written (edited for personal referneces) either in a sermon, or better still on our church web site. It is such a challenge to the rest of us. We have recently restarted a healing service and ministry in our church. One of my visions is to see not just the adults involved but the children too. At the end of the year, I believe it is right to keep the children over about 6 or 7 in the healing service and let them be used as God leads in praying for others. Their and our faith will be built up as they see God at work through them. I am sure J's is as a result of your visit with Paul and the consequent call from the Guard. I am looking forward to further installments of the Acts of Holy Spirit though you and J Bless you both Bill |
